What Prasanna Says About Beginning, Believing, and Never Stopping
"Every inspiring journey begins with a single step. Mine began in November 2023."
When Prasanna joined the MWC Runners Club in November 2023, she wasn't looking to become a runner. She simply wanted to be part of something positive. She had no idea that stepping into this community would change the way she looked at fitness, consistency, and herself.
It Was Never About Speed
The first thing Prasanna noticed wasn't how fast the runners were or how far they ran — it was their energy. Every member carried an enthusiasm that was contagious. Watching people from different walks of life wake up early, train together, encourage one another, and celebrate every milestone made her realize something simple but powerful.
"Fitness isn't about competition; it's about commitment."

Honest About Where She Is
Prasanna doesn't pretend to be further along than she is — and that honesty is part of what makes her story resonate. She's candid that she's still at the beginning of her fitness journey, still working toward the fittest version of herself.
There are days laziness tries to win. Days when motivation runs low. Days when consistency feels genuinely difficult. But every time she returns to the club, she finds renewed energy — the people around her remind her why she started in the first place.

A Community First, A Running Club Second
What makes the MWC Runners Club special for Prasanna isn't just the running — it's the community. Wonderful friends. Positive mentors. People whose stories keep inspiring her, one conversation at a time.
"Extraordinary transformations don't happen overnight; they happen through small, consistent steps taken every single day."
That's the lesson she's chosen to carry forward — not chasing dramatic, overnight change, but showing up for the small steps, again and again.
Healthier and Stronger Than Yesterday
Prasanna is refreshingly clear about what she's chasing — and what she isn't.
"My goal isn't to become the fastest runner. My goal is to become healthier, stronger, and more consistent than I was yesterday."
She wants fitness to become a natural part of her lifestyle — one run at a time, without the pressure of comparison.

A Dream Worth Carrying as an ExCom Member
As a member of the Executive Committee, Prasanna carries more than just her own fitness goals — she carries a dream for what her story could mean to someone else.
"If my journey can encourage even one person to believe that it's never too late to begin, it will be one of my greatest achievements."
Still Writing the Story
For now, Prasanna says, she's still writing her story — one morning run, one conversation, one new friendship, and one small victory at a time. And she knows this is just the beginning.
"One day, I'll look back at this moment and smile — not because I started perfectly, but because I never stopped."
"Today I'm inspired by others. Tomorrow, I hope my journey inspires someone else." ❤️🏃
