Gurushankar is a fitness enthusiast and accomplished professional with 25+ years of experience across manufacturing, automotive, sales, marketing, software and digital. As the founder of MG Web, he has delivered innovative digital solutions — and as General Secretary he strengthened the club's branding and visibility.
A passionate runner with 70+ races including full and half marathons, his inspiring recovery from a major accident — from bedridden to walking to running again — reshaped how he thinks about fitness, and led him to formally qualify as a nutrition coach.
Training builds the demand. Nutrition is what actually pays for the repair. You can't out-train a bad diet, and I learned that the hard way — not in a classroom, but on a hospital bed.
