Once a participant is successfully registered for the event and the payment has been made, the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Registration is strictly non-transferable to another individual or event.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. Participants are advised to retain this email as proof of registration.
In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed of alternate arrangements or resolutions, as decided by the event organizers.
Note: Given the nature of the launch event, which includes structured sessions and speaker presentations, we kindly advise against bringing children under the age of 3–4 years. This recommendation is made to ensure the smooth flow of the program and to minimize potential disruptions for attendees and speakers. We understand the challenges this may pose and suggest exploring alternative arrangements for young children, enabling you to fully engage in the event while ensuring their comfort and well-being.
